Koratala Siva's 'Devara: Part 1', starring Jr NTR, Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor, released in cinemas worldwide on Friday, September 27. The new pan-India film has opened to mixed reviews, however, the praise for Jr NTR is unanimous. In the latest entertainment news, a video is going viral on social media, in which fans can be celebrating the release of 'Devara' like a festival in Chicago. In the viral video, fans can be seen throwing confetti towards the big screen as Jr NTR makes a stylish entry out of the water in 'Devara'.
Fans can also be seen whistling and hooting. The video has now garnered more than 1 million views, across various handles.

As per industry tracker Sacnilk, ‘Devara’ sold 15,27,944 tickets for the opening day, across all languages, grossing Rs 38.84 crore in India.
Out of these 15,27,944 tickets, 13,98,330 tickets were sold just in the Telugu version. The Hindi version sold almost 1,00,000 tickets and this particular version outperformed Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam versions.
As per Variety, 'Devara' earned USD 3.5 million in worldwide ticket pre-sales. The Thursday world premiere at Hollywood’s Egyptian Theatre sold out its 516 seats in just nine minutes, as per the producers.
In the US, the film has earned USD 2.5 million in ticket pre-sales for its September 27 release.
For the unversed, 'Devara: Part 1' marks the Telugu film debut of Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. It is also Jr NTR's first film after the blockbuster success of 'RRR', directed by SS Rajamouli.
The upcoming Telugu movie also stars Shine Tom Chacko, Prakash Raj, Jisshu Sengupta, Srikanth, Narine and Murali Sharma.
The magnum opus is produced by Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts and presented by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram.
