As a driven vocalist, Dev aspires to be as famous as Elvis Presley. Nevertheless, his middle-class upbringing forces him to abandon his goals until he gets a job at Charlie's Disco, which transforms his life.

Bhavani Shankar (Mukesh Rishi) and Narasimha (Jaya Prakash Reddy) are two warring leaders in that town. Ram (Nandamuri Kalyan Ram) is the son of Bhavani Shankar.

Vijay and Pranlal, two close friends, decide to marry off their kin in a bid to cement their friendship. Soon, Vijay learns about Pranlal's illegal activities and calls off the wedding.

Shankar, an ex-MLA, wakes up from a coma. Ajay, his son and policeman, recreates everything as would be expected by his father in order to save him from any shock while also hunting his father's foes.
