The duo, known for their engaging and candid moments, recently shared a glimpse into their fitness routine – but it didn't go quite as planned! A newly uploaded joint video on Instagram showed a side-splitting gym mishap where Sonakshi found herself in a rather comical predicament, much to the amusement of Zaheer and over a million fans online.

The video started innocently enough. Zaheer, sporting a grey sleeveless workout shirt, was holding his phone and filming himself in a brightly lit gym. Smiling mischievously, he set up the scene for his viewers, saying, "Guys, check out my wife's form here. Sona, look at the form."

The camera flipped to show Sonakshi, dressed in an all-black athletic outfit, seated on the matted floor. She was mid-rep on a heavy low-cable pulley row, gripping a V-bar attachment with her arms pulled back, fully engaging the machine's weight stack.
This is where Zaheer seized his opportunity to cause a little chaos. Rather than acting as a supportive workout partner, he briefly set down the camera to free his hands, grabbed Sonakshi’s mobile phone, and walked right over to the machine's weight stack. While Sonakshi had the weights lifted in the air, he smoothly slid the phone right between the heavy iron plates.
The trap was instantly set. If Sonakshi relaxed her arms or attempted to end her set, the heavy metal plates would have slammed down, completely crushing the phone wedged in the gap. Realizing exactly what her husband just did, Sonakshi was completely stranded. She had to hold the heavy cable row in constant tension to save the device. Through nervous laughter, she started yelling at him to "pick it up, pick it up!"
Zaheer, however, had zero intention of rescuing her. He burst into echoing, uncontrollable laughter. Absolutely delighted by his own mischief, he flashed a grin at the lens, saying "Bye," and casually walking away, leaving a trapped Sonakshi to figure out her own escape plan.
The couple shared the highly entertaining clip as a joint Instagram post. Poking even more fun at the situation, the caption playfully read: “Legend says she is still stuck there.”
