Sonakshi Sinha shared a cozy and quirky photo dump from her Switzerland getaway with Zaheer Iqbal, celebrating love, laughter, and scenic train rides.
When it comes to couple goals, Bollywood actors Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal continue to raise the bar. The duo, who recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary, marked the milestone with a dreamy vacation to Switzerland. Known for its postcard-worthy landscapes and top-tier public transport, the destination also gave fans a closer look at the couple’s goofy, love-filled dynamic. Taking to Instagram, Sonakshi shared a carousel of pictures that perfectly captured the essence of their romantic getaway – with a funny and witty caption.
“Well “Train”ed. No but seriously… how convenient is the public transport in Switzerland?? We could get used to this,” the caption read.

The post opened with a warm hug between the two, standing in the doorway of a train – Sonakshi wrapped in a cozy blue turtleneck and black jacket, while Zaheer sported pastel pink trousers and a relaxed cream shirt. The snug moment mirrored their relationship – snug, supportive, and full of heart.
Next, we can see the couple striking playful poses on the platform beside a striking red Swiss train. Sitting on their luggage, arms outstretched, they looked like two characters from a feel-good travel rom-com. Another picture inside the train showed Sonakshi planting a kiss on Zaheer’s cheek as he held onto the train handle, surrounded by colourful suitcases – equal parts cute and cinematic.
Then there’s a moment of calm as the two can be seen relaxing by a window, soaking in the Alpine views. Sonakshi can be seen enjoying a snack, while Zaheer lounged with his head on her shoulder. The aesthetic screamed soft couple energy.
A shot of Zaheer at the ticket counter and another of them sharing a laugh at a platform underscored the ease of travel and their fun-loving rhythm together. Finally, a photo of them napping against each other in the train’s first class section summed up the trip’s comfort and closeness.
Earlier, Sonakshi also shared a funny video, capturing a playful moment between the two, highlighting the joy and comfort in their married life.
In the clip, the Bollywood actress is seen tying her shoelace with one foot resting on a suitcase, and Zaheer Iqbal comes and kicks the suitcase, making the actress stumble. The prank made Sonakshi hit him but the caption suggested she liked it after all. Sonakshi Sinha captioned the post, “Falling in love.”

For the unversed, Sonakshi and Zaheer got married in an intimate civil ceremony on June 23, 2024 in Mumbai. Their wedding ceremony was followed by a wedding reception at Bastian, which saw numerous Bollywood celebrities in attendance.
