Nothing beats the magic of a European summer getaway, and Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha’s latest Instagram photo dump is proof. The actress, who tied the knot with long-time beau Zaheer Iqbal last year, is soaking in the wedding bliss with a dreamy family holiday in Switzerland. Captioned “Family Holiday done right #SwissSafar,” her post is equal parts love, laughter, and adventure – offering fans an unfiltered peek into her happiest moments. From snow-capped peaks to sweet treats and scenic strolls, Sonakshi’s travel gallery is a warm hug wrapped in mountain air.

The album opened with a picture-perfect shot of Sonakshi hugging Zaheer Iqbal by a turquoise lake, set against a postcard backdrop of Swiss mountains. Dressed in cosy layers and sneakers, the duo radiated comfort and connection.
Next, we see Zaheer Iqbal playfully caught mid-bite in a dessert shop, while Sonakshi Sinha cheekily held out a purple smoothie and a cone of pastel-coloured gelato. The fun continued in a charming town street, where the couple walked hand-in-hand, locking eyes with smiles that said it all.
The family moment arrived in full force with a group photo outside a heritage villa – Sonakshi, Zaheer, and their loved ones proudly holding certificates, likely from an activity or local workshop, with a beaming little girl stealing the show in the front row.
In one of the most exciting moments of the dump, Sonakshi Sinha is seen paragliding – decked in full safety gear, flashing peace signs high above lush green forests. The thrill was real, and so was her joy.
Then came a candid moment of Sonakshi and Zaheer sharing ice cream and laughs in a cobblestoned street – her black jacket and his neon puffer jacket making quite the stylish statement. She’s also seen solo, indulging in her cone with her eyes closed, clearly relishing every bite.
The album ends with snow-kissed fun – Sonakshi and Zaheer struck a playful pose on a ski slope, arms flung wide open beneath the blue sky, followed by a sweet selfie that captured their glowing smiles and matching sunglasses.
For the unversed, Sonakshi and Zaheer got married in an intimate civil ceremony on June 23, 2024 in Mumbai. Their wedding ceremony was followed by a wedding reception at Bastian, which saw numerous Bollywood celebrities in attendance.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Sonakshi Sinha can be currently seen alongside Paresh Rawal and Suhail Nayyar in ‘Nikita Roy’.
