For the unversed, ever since the release of ‘F1’, the Indian content creators have been making memes and jokes about how the Hollywood release seems to be inspired by the Hindi film.

Speaking of ‘Ta Ra Rum Pum’, the Hindi film released in cinemas in 2007. It followed the story of RV (Saif) and his wife (Rani) as they make their way through life's highs and lows with their two children.

Coming back to ‘F1’, the film stars Brad Pitt as a former Formula One driver, who makes his way back to the competition to help his best friend, played by Javier Bardem.

The film was shot during real Grand Prixs. ‘F1’ also features cameos by Lewis Hamilton, Max Verstappen and Lando Norris. It has already taken the biggest box office opening in Brad Pitt's career.

In India, the film collected Rs 3.50 crore on Wednesday, taking the total six-day collection to Rs 32 crore, as per industry tracker Sacnilk.
