On Thursday, the superstar touched down in the port city of Mangalore, Karnataka, for an event hosted by a real estate group. What began as a standard appearance quickly transformed into a massive celebration, marking a highly special milestone: the 34th anniversary of his Bollywood debut in Raj Kanwar’s 1992 romantic drama, ‘Deewana’.
For Shah Rukh Khan, this visit was a genuine homecoming. While he was born in New Delhi, the actor spent the first five years of his life, from 1965 to 1970, living in Mangalore with his grandfather, Ifthikar Ahmed.
