Siddharth Anand Confirms Hrithik Roshan’s Return As India’s Popular Superhero In ‘Krrish 4’
Siddharth Anand, who last delivered a hit in the form of ‘Fighter’, has now confirmed Hrithik Roshan’s return in ‘Krrish 4’.
Indian director-producer Siddharth Anand, who had a dream run at the box office with the 2023 blockbuster hit ‘Pathaan’, delivered another hit in the form of his 2024 directorial venture ‘Fighter’. Also known for movies like ‘War’, ‘Bang Bang’, ‘Anjaana Anjaani’, ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’, and ‘Salaam Namaste’, Siddharth Anand has now confirmed Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan’s return as India’s popular superhero in the upcoming movie ‘Krrish 4’. For the unversed, ‘Krrish 4’ is a part of the hit ‘Krrish’ film series, which includes ‘Koi... Mil Gaya’, ‘Krrish’, and ‘Krrish 3’.
All the three previous movies, directed by Hrithik Roshan’s father and filmmaker-actor Rakesh Roshan, were massive hits.
Recently, Real Box office took to X (formerly Twitter) and shared an old poster of Hrithik Roshan. Along with the poster, the tweet read, “He is coming… #Krrish 4.”
Reacting to the tweet, Siddharth Anand wrote, “Yep! He is.”

‘Krrish’ film franchise began in 2003 with ‘Koi… Mil Gaya’, starring Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta in the lead roles.
The Hindi movie is viewed as a path-breaking concept for its story and dedication towards sci-fi genre. Even after 21 years, the movie continues to receive a lot love from all corners.
The movie tells the story of a young boy - Rohit Mehra played by Hrithik Roshan, who is suffering from developmental disability. His life then takes a massive turn when he encounters an alien named Jadoo who ends up giving him some superpowers.
'Koi… Mil Gaya' had premiered on August 8, 2003, and the movie received both critical and commercial appreciation. Following the first movie, the second installment titled 'Krrish' was released in 2006, and then 'Krrish 3' was released in the theatres in 2013.
Meanwhile, Hrithik Roshan was last seen in ‘Fighter’ with Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor. Hrithik Roshan now has ‘War 2’ with Jr NTR in the pipeline.
