The film was celebrated for its grand world-building, impressive visual effects, and solid performances. Despite a massive budget, the film turned a significant profit by performing exceptionally well across both Telugu and Hindi markets.

While these were the top 10 highest-grossing Indian movies worldwide, several other Indian films have performed significantly well following these projects closely. What makes this elite list particularly thrilling is the unprecedented speed at which it continues to evolve. Dhurandhar 2’s explosive entry into the top four – hot on the heels of its prequel – shows that audiences are hungrier than ever for larger-than-life cinematic experiences. As filmmakers push the envelope with grander VFX, cross-industry collaborations, and massive international rollouts, the Rs 2,000-crore worldwide ceiling seems to be the next imminent target. The race to the absolute top is only getting fiercer, and for the global audience, the show has truly just begun.
