Indian star Allu Arjun, currently in Japan for the highly anticipated release of ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’, attended a grand premiere of the film in Tokyo this Thursday. The ‘Icon Star’ didn't just show up; he left the audience spellbound by bridging the language gap in the most ‘Pushpa’ way possible. The official X (formerly Twitter) handle for the film shared a now-viral clip of the event. Standing on stage before a sea of fans, Allu Arjun delivered one of his famous film dialogues in Japanese.
The gesture was met with thunderous applause and deafening cheers from the local audience. Arjun was joined on stage by his co-star, Rashmika Mandanna. As the crowd continued to cheer and smile, both actors were seen bowing gracefully and expressing their gratitude to the Japanese fans.

This trip followed his departure from Hyderabad a few days ago, where he was seen heading to Japan accompanied by his wife, Sneha Reddy.
For the unversed, ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ is the 2024 sequel to the 2021 blockbuster ‘Pushpa: The Rise’. This Telugu-language action drama is written and directed by Sukumar. It is produced by Mythri Movie Makers in association with Sukumar Writings. It stars Allu Arjun in the titular role, alongside Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Jagapathi Babu, Sunil, and Rao Ramesh.
The film officially releases in Japanese theatres today, January 16.
