Karan Johar's Production 'Kill', Starring Lakshya, Raghav Juyal, To Release On This Date
Karan Johar has announced that his upcoming production 'Kill' will be releasing on this date.

Producer and director Karan Johar often receives flak for allegedly promoting nepotism within Bollywood, and he has been called out in the past for not promoting newcomers or giving a launch pad to outsides in the industry. It is all set to change as Karan Johar's upcoming production venture 'Kill' will become the launch pad for a newbie Lakshya. In the latest entertainment news, Karan Johar on Friday announced that 'Kill' will be releasing in cinemas on July 5, 2024.
"Blood. Blood. And blood! We are unleashing this beast of a film to you - #Kill in theatres on 5th July 2024 in India," Karan Johar wrote on Instagram.

For the unversed, 'Kill', directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, also stars Tanya Manktila and Raghav Juyal. This out-and-out actioner had premiered last year at the Toronto International Film Festival.
'Kill' was the only Indian film which was screened under the Midnight Madness programme at the Toronto International Film Festival 2023.
After its premiere, global critics were in awe of 'Kill', and they went on to compare it to Hollywood flicks like 'John Wick'.
In its review, Collider wrote, "At times it feels like a fever dream, but in the best way possible. It's the kind of bonkers action flick that is best seen with as big of a crowd as possible.”
'Kill' has been produced by Karan Johar along with Dharma Productions CEO Apoorva Mehta, and Oscar winner producer Guneet Monga of Sikhya Entertainment.
Lakshya was previously supposed to make his Bollywood debut with Collin D'Cunha's romantic comedy 'Dostana 2', alongside Kartik Aaryan and Janhvi Kapoor. However, that film was put on the backburner.
On the other hand, Raghav Juyal was last seen in 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan', starring Salman Khan, Pooja Hegde, Palak Tiwari and Shehnaaz Gill.
Tanya Maniktala was last seen as the titular character in Pratim D. Gupta's Netflix series 'Tooth Pari: When Love Bites'.
