It's soon going to be a 'Paradise' for Coldplay fans in India. The British band has confirmed India tour in 2025. As a result, 'Coldplay' will now be making a return to the country after nine years. The uber-popular band has confirmed their visit to India as a part of their Music of the Spheres World Tour. BookMyShow has also shared a video announcing Coldplay's return to India. For the unversed, Coldplay had visited India in 2016 as a part of their Global Citizen Festival in Mumbai.

Coldplay will be performing in Mumbai on January 18 and 19 at the DY Patil Sports Stadium. The band made the announcement on Thursday morning.

Speaking about Coldplay, the band was formed in 1997. The group is known for songs like ‘Yellow’, ‘Fix You’, ‘Something Like That’, ‘Hymn for the Weekend’ and ‘Viva La Vida’.
The band members include Chris Martin, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman, and Will Champion, along with manager Phil Harvey.
The members of the band had initially met at University College London, calling themselves ‘Big Fat Noises’. The band later changed their name to ‘Starfish’.
With over 100 million albums sold worldwide, Coldplay is among the best-selling music acts of all time. Coldplay also owns three of the 50 best-selling albums in the United Kingdom.
