The journey inside ‘Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa’ has come to an end, with content creator and reality television personality Shreya Kalra emerging as the winner of the show's second season. After weeks of intense rivalries, emotional moments and demanding challenges, Shreya outlasted the competition to lift the trophy, defeating actress Shivangi Joshi in the grand finale and walking away with the Rs 1 crore winner’s cheque. The finale unfolded through multiple rounds of high-pressure “Agnipariksha” tasks that tested the finalists' physical endurance, strategy and ability to handle scrutiny.

The first challenge saw Ram Kapoor bow out of the competition after finishing last in a physically demanding task, ending his title hopes.
The contest then shifted to the “Bluff Master” challenge, where Yogesh Rawat had to outsmart the remaining contestants to survive. After successfully convincing Shilpa Shinde to surrender her safety band, Yogesh secured a place in the top three, while Shilpa's journey in the competition came to an end.

The decisive stage of the finale featured an intense question-and-answer session before a jury made up of celebrities and journalists. Each finalist faced tough questions about their conduct and relationships inside the house.
Shivangi Joshi was asked about her equation with Harshad Chopda, while Yogesh Rawat faced criticism over his perceived arrogance during the season. Shreya Kalra, meanwhile, was questioned about her gameplay, with jury member Awez Darbar accusing her of betraying friendships and revealing fellow contestants’ secrets. Her confrontational style throughout the season also came under the spotlight during the discussion.
Following the jury interaction, the voting process narrowed the field to the final two, bringing an end to Yogesh Rawat’s campaign. The ultimate winner was then decided through a combination of votes from the show's jailers, former contestants and the “Janta Ki Jury”.
When the final result was announced, Shreya Kalra was declared the champion of ‘Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa’. Overcome with emotion, she broke down on stage as she accepted the trophy and prize money, while runner-up Shivangi Joshi struggled to hide her disappointment.
Shilpa Shinde, who had developed a close friendship with Shreya during the season, was also seen celebrating the victory with tears of joy.
Hosted by Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh, the reality series generated significant buzz throughout its run. From headline-making personal revelations to dramatic confrontations and shifting alliances, the season kept viewers engaged and eventually surpassed 50 million views, cementing its place as one of the year's most talked-about reality shows.
