Watch: Afghanistan Cricketer Strikes Iconic Shah Rukh Khan Pose
Afghanistan batter Hasmatullah Shahidi was seen striking the iconic pose of Shah Rukh Khan.
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is a global star and his popularity is second to none. It is no surprise that SRK remains the biggest draw, and his movies do phenomenal numbers at the global box office. In the latest entertainment news, Afghanistan batter Hasmatullah Shahidi has revealed how SRK has great popularity in Afghanistan, and how his movies are followed in the country. "Hit movies hote the na, especially Shah Rukh Khan ka bahut jyada movies, chalte the Afghanistan main," said Shahidi in a YouTube interview with Shubhankar Sharma.
During the same interview, the cricketer was also seen striking the iconic arms wide open pose of SRK. The cricketer initially hesitated before striking the pose, but he did end up doing so, on the insistence of the anchor.

Speaking of Shah Rukh Khan, the Bollywood superstar was recently mobbed at the Mumbai airport. The ‘Jawan’ star was accompanied by his manager Pooja Dadlani and bodyguard Ravi. SRK was seen making his way through a sea of fans and paparazzi.
At one point, King Khan also lost his balance after being pushed. The actor almost tripped, but he managed to enter the airport, after the bodyguards intervened.
SRK was dressed in his signature casual look, sporting a black hoodie, sunglasses and a cap.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Shah Rukh Khan will next be seen in Sujoy Ghosh's 'King', alongside daughter Suhana Khan.
As per several reports, the film is also going to star Abhay Verma and Abhishek Bachchan. According to Pinkvilla, the movie is targeting an Eid 2026 release.
If the film indeed releases on Eid 2026, then it would be clashing with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Love & War', starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal.
