The South Indian film industry's wedding season continues to dominate headlines. Following the high-profile nuptials of Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda, the spotlight has shifted to superstar Allu Arjun’s brother, actor Allu Sirish, who is preparing to marry his partner of two years, Nayanika Reddy, on March 6, 2026. The festivities officially commenced on March 1 with a star-studded Pelli Koduku ceremony at Allu Gardens in Hyderabad. The Pelli Koduku is a traditional Andhra pre-wedding custom held at the groom’s home to mark the official beginning of the wedding journey.

Allu Sirish shared his excitement with his fans and followers on Instagram, posting a video of the heartwarming moments and admitting that the reality of the upcoming wedding is “finally kicking in”.

The video featured the Mangala Snanam ceremony, during which the groom-to-be underwent a traditional purification bath using a paste of turmeric and sandalwood, symbolizing his transition into married life.
Following the bath, the women of the extended Allu family offered Sirish gifts and formal blessings. For the event, Allu Sirish opted for a classic cream kurta-pyjama paired with a Nehru jacket. Meanwhile, Allu Arjun wore a red kurta-pyjama with glasses. His wife Sneha Reddy looked beautiful in an orange saree.
The event served as a massive reunion for the ‘Mega’ and ‘Allu’ families, along with several industry heavyweights. Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda also made their first major public appearance since their own February 26 wedding in Udaipur.

For Allu Sirish’s pre-wedding festivities, Rashmika wore a green-and-gold saree, while Vijay opted for regal traditional attire. Photos of Vijay and Rashmika at the celebration have since gone viral.

Ram Charan and his wife, Upasana Konidela, were also present, alongside ‘Kantara’ star Rishab Shetty.
For the unversed, the wedding date, March 6, carries a special significance for the family. Sirish and Nayanika will share their wedding anniversary with Allu Arjun and Sneha Reddy, who also married on March 6.
With the pre-wedding rituals already drawing some of the biggest names in Indian cinema, the March 6 ceremony is expected to be one of the most talked-about events of the year.
