Bollywood actress Esha Gupta has rounded off the month with a sprawling Instagram photo dump, captioned simply “May Daze,” and it's exactly the kind of unhurried, mood-board-style carousel her followers have come to love. Shared from her verified handle, the post has already racked up 36.7K likes – with a like from Tamannaah Bhatia among them – and it stitched together fitness, far-flung travel, beloved pets and a few cheeky internet moments into one cohesive scroll.

The actress opened on a familiar note: a gym mirror selfie in a sleek black sports bra and leggings, phone in hand – a nod to her well-documented dedication to staying in shape.

Elsewhere, she showed off a striking new look in a selfie, where she was sporting a glossy, voluminous bob and a flowy tie-dye shirt in blush, gold and magenta tones, paired with a delicate gem-studded necklace. The chic crop reappeared across the dump, including in two event photographs that hinted at a busy professional month – one against an Indian Chamber of Commerce "Elevate" backdrop, and another from what appeared to be an AYUSH-themed conference, where she was flanked by fellow attendees. One of the photos also featured Shashi Tharoor.

A good chunk of the carousel read like a travel diary. There was a leafy, sun-drenched European street lined with grand façades and parked cars, a serene arched courtyard with palm trees and a stone fountain, and an artful spice-shop shelf stacked with saffron, turmeric, cumin and dried porcini – all pointing to a continental getaway. Foodies will linger on the creamy truffle risotto served on a Casa Salesas plate, accompanied by a side of blistered green peppers. A moody, cloud-draped view from an aeroplane window captured the in-between magic of flying, while a luxe car selfie showed Esha cradling an olive-green crocodile-textured Saiid Kobeisy clutch, a rose-gold watch glinting on her wrist.
True to form, the animal lover devoted plenty of frames to her four-legged loves – a sleepy black dog stretched out on the floor, and two small pups in pink and blue harnesses gazing out over a riverside at golden hour.
