"Void He Left Is Palpable": Sanjay Dutt Heartfelt Post On Rishi Kapoor’s Birth Anniversary

Actor Sanjay Dutt on Monday took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share a picture of himself with late actor Rishi Kapoor and his son Ranbir Kapoor. For the unversed, today is the birth anniversary of Rishi Kapoor. In the latest entertainment news, Sanjay Dutt on Monday penned a heartfelt post, saying he misses Rishi Kapoor and the void left by him is palpable.
Taking to X, Sanjay Dutt wrote: "Chintu Sir was more than family, he embodied the essence of one of the finest actors and human beings. His infectious laughter, stories, and genuineness knit us together. On his birth anniversary, the void he left is palpable, but the warmth of his memory keeps him alive in our hearts. Miss you, sir."

Rishi Kapoor's daughter Riddhima Kapoor also shared two childhood pictures of herself and her late father on Instagram Story.
"Happy Birthday papa, miss you a little more today," she wrote.
Kareena Kapoor shared a black and white photo of Rishi Kapoor, and wrote: "Happy birthday Chintu uncle. Always in our heart. Miss you."
For the unversed, Rishi Kapoor was diagnosed with leukemia (blood cancer). He then passed away on April 30, 2020. Rishi Kapoor passed away aged 67.
Rishi Kapoor was the recipient of several accolades, including a National Film Award and four Filmfare Awards, in a career that spanned 50 years.
He had made his debut as an adolescent, in his father Raj Kapoor's film 'Mera Naam Joker' for which he won the National Film Award for Best Child Artist.
As an adult, his first lead role was opposite Dimple Kapadia in the teen romance 'Bobby' (1973), which won him the Filmfare Award for Best Actor.
