The incident took place back in April 2026 during a campaign shoot for Ranveer's brand, SuperYou, in collaboration with Starbucks. The shoot was organized to introduce protein-infused cold foam coffees across more than 500 stores in the country. During the filming, Ranveer stepped behind the counter to showcase his coffee-making skills when things took an unscripted, highly entertaining turn.
Actress-model Deeksha Narang, who shared the now-viral video, revealed how she seized the moment to strike up a conversation with the superstar.
“Happened in April 2026 Shoot for @be.superyou * @starbucks. And the director said be natural , be you As an actor , i saw opportunity to talk to him when the blender for coffee was busted. The room had awkward silence so as an intelligent woman , i just filled the silence. And well it felt like a chemistry lab. Proper measurements se bnai jarhi thi coffee. And i said “chemistry for coffee”. He thought “chemistry of love.” Vo bhi sahi hi hai , i am lady RANVEER SINGH. What a surreal experience. Talked to him 4 times that day,” she wrote.

As Deeksha playfully flirted to keep the set lively during the downtime, Ranveer's reaction was pure gold. Pausing for a moment, the actor broke into a massive smile, leaving everyone on set bursting into laughter. In the viral clip, he jokingly responded, “Itna flirt kar rahi hai, college ke din yaad aagaye. 2 bache ka baap banne wala hoon yaar main.”
