Indian actress Nayanthara has been making headlines ever since the release of her Netflix documentary, ‘Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairy Tale’. She is also garnering polarising opinions after calling out fellow Tamil actor Dhanush for not letting her use the footage from their 2015 film ‘Naanum Rowdy Dhaan’. Amid all the ongoing drama, Nayanthara has now thanked all the other producers who allowed her to use footage from their films without any “delay or hesitation”.

Taking to Instagram, Nayanthara penned a long note, expressing gratitude to all the producers who issued her No-Objection Certificates (NOCs) for using the footage from their films, featuring her. In the note, she thanked Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan's 'Red Chillies Entertainment' as well for letting her use footage from her debut Bollywood film, 'Jawan', which currently is the second-highest grossing Hindi film.

Apart from SRK, the list also included other big names like Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, and AR Murugadoss.

“The most precious thing i’ve earned in these 20 years of my career is the friendships, love and respect i’ve got from the ones ive worked with. I really thank all the producers who have supported me in this endeavour for their goodwill and magnanimity always. Thank you,” she wrote in the note.

Earlier, Nayanthara had accused Dhanush of harbouring “vengeance” against her and her husband Vignesh Shivan, after the actor sent a Rs 10 crore legal notice to her.

She also questioned whether the ‘Raayan’ actor holds a “personal grudge” against her. She also described the move as an “all-time low” for Dhanush.

“The vengeance you have been harbouring against the film, my partner, and me doesn’t just affect us but the people who have contributed their effort and time to this project,” she wrote on Instagram.

“This Netflix documentary about me, my life, my love, and marriage includes clips of many of my industry well-wishers who have graciously contributed and memories from multiple films, but sadly does not include the most special and important film, 'Naanum Rowdy Dhaan',” she added.

Further in her post, she said, “That is the reason behind our Netflix documentary. I suggest you also watch it, and maybe it might change your mind. It is important to #SpreadLove, and I hope and pray that someday you are also fully capable of doing it and not just saying it.”

Dhanush is yet to respond to Nayanthara's letter.
