Tamil stars Nayanthara and Dhanush have been grabbing headlines after the former accused the ‘Raayan’ actor of harbouring a personal vendetta against her. Now, a video is going insanely viral on social media, in which the duo can be seen completely ignoring each other at producer Aakash Baskaran’s wedding. Both Nayanthara and Dhanush didn't even see or greet each other despite being seated in the front row, with just an aisle between them.

Taking to Instagram, a security firm shared a video, in which Nayanthara can be seen attending the event, dressed in a pink saree and her hair tied up in a bun. She was accompanied by her husband Vignesh Shivan. The actress posed for a few pictures before sitting in the front row at the wedding.

She was also seen chatting with other guests and it was then that the camera panned towards Dhanush, who can be seen seated in the front row too, on the other end of the aisle.

The wedding was also attended by ‘Jawan’ music composer Anirudh Ravichander.

For the unversed, the whole beef between Nayanthara and Dhanush started after the former penned an open letter, calling out the 'Captain Miller' actor for not giving her a no-objection certificate for using footage from their 2015 movie ‘Naanum Rowdy Dhaan’ in her Netflix documentary, ‘Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairytale’.

‘Naanum Rowdy Dhaan’ was directed by Nayanthara's husband Vignesh Shivan and it was during the making of this project that Nayanthara and Vignesh fell in love.

In her open letter, Nayanthara also claimed that Dhanush sued her for Rs 10 crore over the 3-second behind-the-scenes footage used in the trailer for the documentary. According to Nayanthara, the BTS footage was shot on her personal device.

Dhanush is yet to respond to the open letter penned by Nayanthara. However, his father Kasthuri Raja told Tamil Samayam, “Work is important to us. We are moving forward. We don’t have time to answer those who chase us or talk behind our backs.”

“Much like me, my son is focused only on his work,” he added. He also refused to comment on the allegations that Nayanthara had to wait for two years for the NOC.
