Embracing the traditional festive aesthetic, Tamannaah looked exceptionally radiant in a classic crimson red silk saree. The visual snippets from the evening offered a heartwarming glimpse into the traditional rituals. In one video, Tamannaah was seen lighting the sacred Akhand Jyot alongside her parents and singer Preety Pathania. Another beautiful clip captured the actress performing the Maha Aarti with an intricately decorated thali filled with burning camphor and fresh rose petals, swaying in devotion next to her mother, Rajani Bhatia, who looked lovely in an orange bandhani kurta.

A particularly touching moment from the ceremony showed Preety Pathania honouring Tamannaah’s parents, Santosh and Rajani Bhatia, by respectfully draping a sacred red chunri over their shoulders, while a proud Tamannaah stood behind them with folded hands. The strong family bond was evident throughout, especially in the candid, frame-worthy photos of Tamannaah sharing a tight, emotional embrace with her mother and receiving an affectionate kiss on the cheek.
The highlight of the evening, however, was the infectious, high-energy devotion. Actress and close friend Mrunal Thakur, looking gorgeous in a vibrant orange ethnic suit with a gajra in her hair, joined the celebrations. A deeply heartwarming video showed Tamannaah and Mrunal seated cross-legged on the floor, completely immersed in the moment. The two friends can be seen enthusiastically clapping, singing along passionately to the bhajan ‘Maa Mujhe Teri Zaroorat Hai’, and sharing joyful smiles. The atmosphere in the room was electric, with guests and family members eventually getting up to joyously dance and shower flower petals across the living room.
Adding depth to the musical night, singer Preety Pathania was captured on the microphone explaining the profound spiritual significance behind Navratri traditions. She beautifully detailed to the rapt audience how Dandiya represents the battle of good versus evil (yuddh), while Garba symbolizes the divine, protective energy of life inside a mother's womb.
Taking to her Instagram, Tamannaah beautifully articulated her feelings about the five-hour musical event. “Through soaring bhajans, stories of Maa and a vivid journey through the mountains to Vaishno Devi, @preetypathania15 makes you experience devotion, not just hear it,” she wrote. The actress noted how the rising music and pulsating energy ironically brought about a deep inner stillness, guiding her “back to your centre, back to yourself.”
It was a spiritual sentiment that clearly resonated with fans and friends alike, with influencer Kusha Kapila perfectly summing up the vibe in the comments: “That smile though”.
