Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani-starrer 'Kalki 2898 AD' is possibly one of the most ambitious Indian movies. And the wait to see the big screen spectacle is getting shorter as the release date of the sci-fi epic is coming closer with each passing day. The makers of 'Kalki 2898 AD' recently held a big event in Mumbai and it was attended by the entire star cast. The event was hosted by 'Baahubali' fame Rana Daggubati.

A video from the event is going viral on Instagram, in which 'Kalki 2898 AD' actors Amitabh Bachchan and Prabhas can be seen rushing to help a pregnant Deepika Padukone get off the stage.

Prabhas caught Deepika's hand first, and this prompted Amitabh Bachchan to tease the South superstar for beating him to it, resulting in a hilarious moment.

At the event, Deepika Padukone's character in the film was first introduced, and then the Bollywood actress made her entry on stage.

Speaking about her experience, Deepika Padukone said, "It has been an incredible experience. Like Mr Bachchan said, it is a completely new world. We went through different phases of discovering what this movie was about, but I think the magic that is in Nagi’s head is now finally here for everyone to see. We have discovered that along the way. It has been an incredible experience both personally and professionally."

After her speech came to an end, Deepika Padukone was about to get off the stage, and then Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan rushed to help her.

Prabhas ended up beating Big B to it as he held Deepika's hand. Amitabh Bachchan, who was behind Prabhas, teased him about the same.
