In the latest entertainment news, Jaya Bachchan, who is a member of the Rajya Sabha, was asked to give her take on Budget 2024, which was presented in Lok Sabha on Tuesday afternoon, and her response is now going viral on social media. Outside the Parliament premises, Jaya Bachchan was asked to give her opinion on Budget 2024, which is being criticised by the Opposition members.
"I have no reaction. Ye koi budget hai reaction karne wala? Kuch nahi. This is just a drama, promises which will be kept in the paper, will not be implemented," Jaya Bachchan said, while speaking to the news agency ANI.

For the unversed, the leader of the Opposition INDIA bloc on Wednesday staged a protest, criticising the Union Budget 2024, as reported by Hindustan Times.
The Opposition is accusing the Government of favouring Bihar and Andhra Pradesh while neglecting other states.
For the uninitiated, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Tuesday announced several projects and packages for Bihar, totalling roughly Rs 59,000 crore. For Andhra Pradesh, she announced Rs 15,000 crore for the construction of the state capital Amaravati.
Coming back to Jaya Bachchan, she was last seen in Karan Johar's 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani', alongside Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Shabana Azmi, and Dharmendra.
