The dessert table was an absolute showstopper, featuring two elaborate birthday cakes – one intricately designed like a grand castle and the other a beautiful pink, two-tier creation. The birthday girl looked stunning, dressed to the nines in a chic, short bodycon dress, while Ahaan complemented the glamorous vibe, opting for a shimmery black shirt paired with classic black jeans.
A major highlight of the night was a special appearance by Alia Bhatt. Her presence was a massive deal for Aneet, who has frequently expressed her deep admiration for the ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ actor. Fans couldn't contain their excitement over the crossover, with one sharing online, "Aneet is Alia's biggest fangirl. Her presence definitely made this her favourite birthday ever." Another fan enthusiastically commented, "Aww, hope Alia and Aneet work together in a movie."
Also in attendance was Ahaan’s mother, Deanne Panday. Proving just how close Aneet is to the Panday family, photos showed Aneet and Deanne making pouting, goofy faces for a sweet selfie. One fan took note of their warm bond, writing, "Idk what's there between Ahaan and Aneet, but the way Deanne supports Aneet is so sweet and amazing. She always comments on Aneet's pictures and is so supportive of her."
This close relationship isn't entirely new; Aneet has previously attended Panday family events, including the Mumbai baby shower of Ahaan's sister, Alanna Panday, where she participated in a fun game with his cousin, Ananya Panday.
The undeniable on-screen chemistry between Ahaan and Aneet – which helped Mohit Suri’s ‘Saiyaara’ become the highest-grossing romantic film ever – continues to fuel intense dating speculations off-screen. A day before the party, Ahaan, who made his Bollywood debut with the film, shared a collection of candid moments of Aneet on social media, penning a beautifully heartfelt message.
"You're a gift to the cosmos, Aneet, and everything you touch turns to stardust. i hope the universe is always as gentle with you as you are with it, and don't you ever forget how much light you leave behind; happy happy happy birthday," he wrote.
Despite fans clamouring for more, with one commenting, "Again… CUTE. I hope they're endgame," both actors have strictly maintained that they are simply best friends.
Meanwhile, on the professional front, the 24-year-old actress is gearing up for her next major release, ‘Shakti Shalini’. Set in the acclaimed Maddock Horror Comedy Universe, the film will see Aneet headlining a cast that includes Vishal Jethwa and the late Nana Patekar. The highly anticipated movie is slated to hit theatres on December 6.
Furthermore, fans of her debut will be thrilled to know she has officially reunited with her ‘Saiyaara’ team – including Ahaan and director Mohit Suri – for a brand-new romantic drama.
