Synopsis 
The story revolves around honest police inspector Amar (Dharmendra) who resigns in frustration after his career is sabotaged when he targets corrupt local politicians. When a dreaded bandit named Sher Singh (Amrish Puri) hijacks a bus and holds passengers hostage—including the granddaughter of Amar's crippled former partner—Amar is forced to team up with two unlikely allies: a former convict, Qasim (Shatrughan Sinha), and a drug dealer, Karan (Karan Kapoor). Together, they rescue the hostages, but Amar soon uncovers a deeper conspiracy involving his allies plotting to free twenty-five jailed criminals.
