SYNOPSIS

SIKKA is a 1989 Hindi-language action drama directed by K. Bapaiah and produced by Shrikant Nahata. It stars Dharmendra, Jackie Shroff, and Dimple Kapadia in a classic 80s revenge saga packed with betrayal, illicit smuggling, and dark secrets.

Synopsis
Wealthy businessman Vijay and his criminal partner Pranlal decide to unite their families through a marriage. When Vijay discovers Pranlal's business is a front for smuggling, he cancels the wedding. Pranlal's son commits suicide out of shame, prompting Pranlal to vow a lifetime of misery for Vijay's sister, Shobha. Soon, Shobha meets Jackie, a handsome stranger who saves her life. They fall in love and marry, but following the wedding, Jackie turns abusive and reveals a shocking, hidden motive connected to a dark past. 

Production & Trivia: Produced by Shrikant Nahata, this was the second pairing of Dharmendra and Jackie Shroff after Mard Ki Zabaan (1987). During filming, a dangerous stunt involving a jeep with failed brakes occurred, but both actors were unharmed.

Music: The soundtrack was composed by Bappi Lahiri with lyrics by Indeevar.
