The game of deception is set to begin once again as ‘The Traitors’ gears up for its second season. With Karan Johar returning as the host, the makers have officially announced the 20 contestants who will battle it out in a high-stakes contest of strategy, trust and betrayal. The reality series is scheduled to premiere on Prime Video on August 13. This season's contestant line-up brings together personalities from the worlds of entertainment, digital content, music and television.

The first group of participants includes Abhishek Malhan, Shalini Passi, Kullu, Shweta Tiwari, Rida Tharana, Ansh Chopra, Ikka, Prish, Soundous Moukafir, Karan Singh Magic and Saahil Salathia.
Joining them are Mallika Sherawat, Munawar Faruqui, Rhea Chakraborty, Krystle D'Souza, Parul Gulati, Ranveer Brar, Shahneel Ghill, Dalip Tahil, Harman Singha and Tanya Puri, completing a diverse cast that promises plenty of unexpected alliances and dramatic confrontations.
An Indian adaptation of the globally popular reality format, 'The Traitors' is produced in association with All3Media International and BBC Studios India Production. The series revolves around a group of contestants who must survive a game where deception is the ultimate weapon. While most players compete as Innocents, a few are secretly chosen as Traitors and work from the shadows to eliminate contestants one by one. The Innocents, meanwhile, must identify the hidden culprits during tense roundtable discussions before they themselves become the next targets.
