For those unfamiliar with the tradition, Pradhanam is an important pre-wedding ritual in Telugu Hindu culture, often regarded as an engagement ceremony where the families of the bride and groom formally confirm the marriage alliance.

The photographs from the celebrations highlighted the couple’s chemistry and affection for each other. Rashmika and Vijay can be seen celebrating with their close family members and friends. In several images, the pair can be seen dancing together and sharing joyful moments. One particularly heartwarming picture showed Vijay kissing Rashmika on the forehead during the ceremony. The couple also posed for multiple photographs alongside their loved ones.

The wedding itself was held in an intimate ceremony at a luxury hotel on the outskirts of Udaipur on February 26. A few days later, the newlyweds hosted a grand reception at Taj Krishna in Hyderabad, which was attended by several prominent figures from the film industry.

Among the guests present at the reception were Allu Arjun, Chiranjeevi and his son Ram Charan, Nagarjuna along with his wife Amala and son Naga Chaitanya. The event also saw the presence of Daggubati Venkatesh, Radhika Sarathkumar, R Sarathkumar, Nani, Namrata Shirodkar with her daughter Sitara, Sreeleela and Dheekshith Shetty. Other notable attendees included Kriti Sanon, Karan Johar, Sukumar, Neena Gupta and her husband Vivek Mehra, as well as Naveen Polishetty.

Rashmika and Vijay first worked together in the Telugu films ‘Geetha Govindam’ and ‘Dear Comrade’. The two had reportedly been in a relationship for around seven years but confirmed their romance publicly only a few days before their wedding. Fans had long referred to the pair as “Virosh,” and the couple themselves embraced the tag by calling their union “The Wedding of Virosh.”

The couple is now set to reunite on screen in the upcoming period drama ‘Ranabaali’. Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, the film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on September 11.
