Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi has never been one to play it safe with fashion. Her wardrobe moves effortlessly between bodycon glamour, dramatic couture, sparkling partywear and sharply tailored separates, but there is almost always an element of unapologetic sensuality running through it. Her latest outing does exactly that, transporting her style straight into the glamorous, maximalist world of the 1990s.

For the look, Nora Fatehi slipped into a custom Surya Sarkar ensemble comprising a crisp white sculpted shirt and a dramatic blue denim skirt. Taking to Instagram, the Bollywood actress shared jaw-dropping photos of herself in the outfit.

The cropped shirt featured a plunging neckline, structured shoulders and exaggerated turned-up cuffs, before gathering into a knot at the centre to leave her midriff exposed. Its fitted construction through the bust gave the otherwise familiar white shirt a distinctly sultry makeover. The skirt, meanwhile, sat low on the waist with a V-shaped wrap-effect waistband and hugged her figure through the hips. Rows of gold-toned buttons punctuated the front, while a thigh-high slit broke up the floor-length silhouette. It then flared towards the hem before extending into a sweeping train, bringing unexpected drama to the denim.
The styling pushed the outfit even deeper into its ‘90s mood. Nora Fatehi layered multiple chunky vintage gold necklaces from Viange Vintage, mixing different chains with statement clasps and a large medallion pendant. Oversized round gold earrings continued the maximalist approach, while several rings adorned her fingers. She finished the outfit with black pointed-toe Christian Louboutin pumps, which can be spotted beneath the skirt’s slit and elongated hem. Bright red nails provided another striking detail against the white and blue palette.
Her beauty look was equally committed to retro glamour. Nora Fatehi's brunette hair was swept into a deliberately tousled, voluminous updo, complete with wispy bangs and curled tendrils loosely framing her face. Her makeup featured sharply extended black winged eyeliner, softly defined eyes, sculpted brows and warm rosy blush swept prominently across the cheeks. A softly contoured complexion kept the skin glowing, while lined, muted rose-brown lips completed the look.
Meanwhile, on the film front, Nora Fatehi last featured in the Kannada movie ‘KD - The Devil’, co-starring Dhruva Sarja, Sanjay Dutt and Shilpa Shetty, among others.
Prior to this, she was seen in the Netflix show ‘The Royals’. It also starred Ishaan Khatter, Bhumi Pednekar, Zeenat Aman, Sakshi Tanwar, Dino Morea, Milind Soman, Chunky Panday and Vihaan Samat. The show has been renewed for a second season despite receiving polarising reviews.
Nora has the Tamil film ‘Kanchana 4’ in her kitty.
