Taking to Instagram, fashion stylist Meagan Concessio shared stunning photos of the birthday girl in the breathtaking outfit.

The colour palette leaned into dramatic contrast – a rich black ghagra accented with metallic gold panel detailing, paired with a structured champagne-gold corset that cinched her waist and added sculptural definition. Layered over it was the intricately crafted armour koti jacket, finished in antique gold embroidery and textured embellishment that echoed the aesthetic of vintage armour. The corset was detailed with delicate pink ribbon tie-up accents at the front, introducing a subtle romantic softness that balanced the otherwise strong, warrior-inspired silhouette.

The 60-panelled ghagra created sweeping volume and movement, with each panel highlighted by metallic gold stripes that caught the light dramatically as the skirt flared out. The design added dimension to the ensemble, making the outfit appear almost theatrical in motion. The structured corset and armour-inspired jacket contrasted beautifully with the flowing skirt, creating a powerful blend of femininity and strength.
Janhvi Kapoor accessorised the look with statement jewellery from Tribe by Amrapali, opting for ornate multi-stone chandelier earrings that added colour and heritage charm to the ensemble. She also carried a metallic mini bag from the same label, while a bold square cuff from Silverstreak added a contemporary edge. The accessories complemented the antique gold tones of the outfit without overpowering its dramatic construction.
Janhvi’s beauty look enhanced the regal mood of the ensemble. She wore her hair in a half-up style with soft, cascading curls, secured with a delicate hair accessory that added vintage elegance.
