Shah Rukh Khan is a huge sports fanatic and that was further proved by his investments in major sports leagues around the world. The 'Swades' actor has teams in the Indian Premier League (IPL) -- Kolkata Knight Riders, Caribbean Premier League (CPL) -- Trinbago Knight Riders, upcoming cricket league in the USA (Los Angeles Knight Riders) and upcoming cricket league in the UAE (Abu Dhabi Knight Riders).
However, did you know that there was a time when Shah Rukh Khan once played a football match alongside former World Cup-winning captain Kapil Dev.
Kapil Dev, celebrated his birthday on Friday and it was then that an old image of his and Shah Rukh playing football together went viral.

It is important to mention that Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in a full-feature length film in 2018. He had starred in 'Zero' opposite Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif and the movie had tanked at the box office.
After this, the actor has given a few cameos in films like 'Laal Singh Chaddha', 'Rocketry: The Nambi Effect', and 'Brahmastra'.
