While the Bollywood actor was careful to keep Lara’s face hidden from the cameras, the sheer joy of the moment was palpable. In one particularly sweet snapshot, the two-year-old can be seen looking intently at the wax figure of her dad. The rest of the photo dump offered fans beautiful snapshots of the family making the absolute most of their getaway.

Varun perfectly summed up the emotional outing, captioning the post: “Core memory unlocked. Showed my wife and daughter my statue. Thank u Madame Tussaud's Singapore for the hospitality.”

Naturally, the comment section exploded with love. Celebrity fashion designer Masaba Gupta chimed in with the ultimate compliment, writing, “But Lara needs her own statue cos she's our Queen.” Fans were equally smitten, pointing out how cutely Lara held on to Varun on his lap. One admirer commented, “This is a wholesome post, absolutely love it!” while another emotional fan wrote, “Lara is growing too fast! seems like yesterday @varundvn May God bless you guys.”

Varun and Natasha, who tied the knot in a low-key wedding ceremony in 2021, welcomed their baby girl on 3 June, 2024, at a Mumbai hospital. At the time, the Bollywood actor shared the news on Instagram, writing, “Our baby girl is here, Thank u for all the good wishes for the mama and the baby”. The journey hasn't been entirely without hurdles, though. In a March episode of Be A Man, Yaar!, Varun bravely revealed that Lara had been diagnosed with DDH (Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip), which meant she could not walk or run properly, leading her to undergo a procedure.

On the professional front, the actor has been keeping incredibly busy. He was last seen lighting up the screen in the romantic comedy ‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’. The film holds massive significance as it was directed by his father, David Dhawan, and is said to be the veteran filmmaker's last directorial venture. The movie featured a stellar ensemble cast, co-starring Mrunal Thakur and Pooja Hegde, alongside Chunky Panday, Jimmy Shergill, Rakesh Bedi, and Maniesh Paul in key roles, with Mouni Roy making a special appearance.

Looking ahead, things are taking a spooky turn for the actor! It has been reported that Varun has officially signed on to Yash Raj Films' first-ever theatrical horror feature. The highly anticipated, currently untitled project will be directed by Abhay Pannu. Production is scheduled to kick off later this year, with the film expected to hit theatres in 2027.
