Triptii Dimri has won the hearts of the audience and she is now officially the "national crush" after fans are not able to get enough of her. For the unversed, the actress has a small yet impactful role in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's 'Animal', which also stars Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol, and Anil Kapoor. 

Triptii Dimri plays the role of Zoya Riaz in 'Animal' and her role has been well received. In the latest Bollywood celebrity news, after her role in 'Animal', Triptii Dimri's official Instagram account has seen a massive spike in terms of followers.

Before the release of 'Animal', the actress had around 600,000 followers, and once the film released on December 1, the follower count has risen to 1.5 million. For the unversed, Triptii Dimri has previously starred in films like 'Laila Majnu', 'Bulbbul', and 'Qala'. 

If one opens the latest posts of Triptii Dimri, the comment section is filled with appreciation messages for her performance in 'Animal'. Many users have left comments, such as "Bhabhi 2" and "Zoya."

Both these comments are direct references to some of the dialogues in 'Animal'. Many users are also calling Triptii Dimri as the "official national crush."

Earlier, in an interview with Free Press Journal, Triptii had said, "It was amazing working with Ranbir Kapoor. The fact that he's such a warm and welcoming human, apart from being a great actor, speaks a lot about him."

Alia Bhatt had also recently praised 'Animal' and its cast including Triptii. 

In response, Triptii Dimri thanked Alia and wrote: "Thank you. You're the sweetest." 

Talking about 'Animal', the new Hindi film passed the crucial Monday test with flying colours as it minted Rs 39.90 crore across all languages on Day 4 of its release, as reported by industry tracker Sacnilk. The total nett domestic collection of 'Animal' now stands at Rs 241.43 crore. 

For the unversed, 'Animal's first Monday collections are significantly higher than those registered by this year’s big blockbusters -- Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan' and 'Pathaan'. 

'Animal' is expected to rule the ticket counters until Shah Rukh Khan's 'Dunki' releases in theatres on December 21. A day later Prabhas' 'Salaar' will also be releasing in theatres.
