Tiger Shroff has expressed his wish for a change in the cast of the 2023 film 'SatyaPrem Ki Katha'.
'SatyaPrem Ki Katha', starring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani, released in cinemas in 2023, and the movie turned out to be a successful venture. The film won praise for its social messaging, and the lead actors also earned wide acclaim for their performances. The Hindi film went on to do a theatrical business of more than Rs 75 crore in India and upon its release on OTT (Prime Video), the film garnered a wide audience. However, in the latest entertainment news, Tiger Shroff, who will next be seen in 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' has expressed his wish for a change in the cast of the 2023 romantic drama film.
Tiger Shroff has suggested that Sidharth Malhotra would be an ideal in Kartik Aaryan’s role opposite Kiara Advani.
The 'Baaghi' actor made his wish on Neha Dhupia's chat show 'No Filter Neha', saying the chemistry between real-life couple Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani is the reason behind his choice.
"Sidharth Malhotra could be recast in ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ because his chemistry is best with Kiara Advani," said Tiger Shroff, as per Times of India.
Apart from Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani, ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by Sameer Vidwans, also stars Gajraj Rao, Supriya Pathak, Siddharth Randheria, Anooradha Patel, Rajpal Yadav, Nirrmite Saawaant and Shikha Talsania.
Talking about Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani, the duo shared the screen in Prime Video-film 'Shershaah'. The duo started dating each other during the shooting of the film, and the couple then tied the knot with each other in 2022.
Lastly, on the work front, Tiger Shroff will next be seen alongside Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha, and Prithviraj Sukumaran in 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan'.
The film directed by Ali Abbas Zafar is slated to release in cinemas on Eid 2024.
