Of course, a Shilpa Shetty festive appearance is incomplete without some major fashion goals. Naturally, the internet was thoroughly impressed by Shilpa’s dhol-playing skills and her infectious enthusiasm. Fans flooded social media to praise her boundless energy. One fan's comment perfectly summed it up, reading, "she's playing it like a pro." Another admiringly wrote, "That energy, wow." Someone even threw her own iconic reality dance show slang right back at her, praising her with "super se bhi upar". Meanwhile, one more fan pointed out what we were all thinking and wrote, "she is reverse ageing."
But the Kundra household wasn't the only one making a massive splash for Ganpati Visarjan. The Khan family was also seen soaking in the festive spirit as they bid their own adieu to Lord Ganesha. Superstar Salman Khan joined his extended family for the grand celebrations held at his brother Sohail Khan's residence. The actor was seen actively participating in the traditional rituals and performing the aarti. He was also seen spending some adorable quality time with his niece, Ayat, during the holy celebrations. Several videos from their Visarjan ceremony made their way online, showing the entire Khan family enjoying the beautiful occasion together. Sohail Khan, along with other family members, was seen dancing enthusiastically to the loud beats of the dhol as the idol procession made its joyful way through the celebrations.
On the professional front, Shilpa Shetty recently wrapped up a successful stint as the host of the comedy-cooking reality show ‘Maa Hai Na’. The unique show brought together popular Gen Z celebrities and their mothers, putting their special bonds to the ultimate test through a series of fun cooking challenges, games, and engaging tasks. Going way beyond just food, the show deeply explored the generational gap between the young celebrities and their moms, while beautifully highlighting their love, occasional disagreements, precious childhood memories, and overall family dynamics.
The highly talked-about show featured several well-known celebrity mother-child pairs, including Sunita Ahuja and Tina Ahuja, Urvashi Dholakia and Kshitij Dholakia, as well as Tanya Mittal and her mother Sunita Mittal, among others. The grand finale of the show aired earlier this year on July 1. It was a massive night for Kushal Tanwar, famously known as Gullu, and his mother, Munesh Tanwar, who ultimately won the coveted trophy.
The winning mother-son duo proudly defeated Urvashi Dholakia and her son Kshitij Dholakia in the tense finale. Remarkably, Gullu's massive win on ‘Maa Hai Na’ also marked his third consecutive reality show victory, beautifully following his previous wins on ‘Roadies XX’ and ‘Splitsvilla X6’.
