Watch: Shilpa Shetty Gets Autograph From Her “Forever Hero” As He Makes Punjabi Acting Debut
Shilpa Shetty proudly celebrated husband Raj Kundra’s Punjabi film debut ‘Mehar’ by sharing a sweet video where he signed his “first autograph” for her.
In a heart-warming display of support, Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra took to Instagram to champion her husband, actor and businessman Raj Kundra, on his Punjabi film debut in 'Mehar,' which released today. Sharing a candid video from what appeared to be a screening of the film, Shilpa expressed her immense pride and affection for her husband, whom she playfully dubbed her “forever Hero”. The sweet clip captured a touching moment as Raj Kundra gave a beaming Shilpa his autograph, a gesture she humorously notes she has, until now, only received on cheques.
This public display of affection underscored the couple's strong bond as Raj Kundra embarks on a new chapter in his career.

The video, which has since garnered significant attention, captured the electric atmosphere of the film screening. In it, Raj Kundra, dressed in a black attire and a turban, is seen signing an autograph for his wife on a tissue paper. A visibly ecstatic Shilpa Shetty, dressed elegantly in a white lace suit, excitedly displayed the autograph which reads, “Raj loves you only.”
In the video, she can be seen joyfully exclaiming, "My first autograph from my forever Hero," adding with a laugh, "Abhi tak sirf cheque pe leti thi main". The playful banter was followed by a warm hug and a kiss on the cheek from Raj Kundra, encapsulating a moment of shared joy and pride. Their son, Viaan, can also be seen standing beside them, sharing in his father's special moment.
In her caption, Shilpa Shetty poured out her admiration and best wishes for her husband. “My first autograph from my forever Hero,” she wrote. “Wishing you all the best for your foray into the Punjabi film industry. ‘Mehar’, co-starring Geeta Basra, Rupinder Rupi and Baninder Bunny, has been directed by Rakesh Mehta. The film is touted as an emotional family story.
Meanwhile, Shilpa Shetty is currently judging ‘Super Dancer Season 5’ alongside Geeta Kapur and Marzi Pestonji. She was last seen on screen in ‘Sukhee’, which also starred Amit Sadh, Dilnaz Irani, Kusha Kapila, and Pavleen Gujral.
