Shah Rukh Khan won hearts with his humble airport interaction with a CISF official as he flew to Dubai to receive the Global Style Icon honour.
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan flew out of Mumbai early on Thursday morning, with several photos and videos of the superstar at the Mumbai airport quickly surfacing on social media. While his airport appearance grabbed attention as usual, what truly won fans over was his polite and warm interaction with a CISF official at the terminal gate. In one of the viral videos, Shah Rukh can be seen stepping out of his car and heading towards the terminal entrance.
Keeping his travel look low-key yet stylish, the actor was dressed in a white T-shirt paired with a blue hoodie and trousers. He completed the look with a black beanie, dark sunglasses and a travel bag slung over his shoulder.

As he reached the gate, the CISF official, smiling, checked Shah Rukh’s documents and then asked him to remove his goggles. The actor immediately complied without hesitation. Shah Rukh appeared to ask if everything was okay, to which the official nodded and returned his documents with a smile. Before heading inside, the actor gently patted the official’s arm, a small gesture that left fans impressed.
The video triggered a wave of admiration online. “He is king for a reason. He did as he was asked to do and also made the person’s day,” one fan commented. Another wrote, “The CISF official did his job even if it was one of the biggest celebrities in front of him. That’s commendable.” “This is adorable! According to Gulf News, Shah Rukh travelled to Dubai, where he is set to be honoured with the Global Style Icon award at the Dubai Mall Global Fashion Awards. The event is scheduled to take place between January 29 and 30 as part of the Dubai Mall Festival of Fashion.
On the work front, fans will next see Shah Rukh Khan in ‘King’, directed by Siddharth Anand. The film also stars Deepika Padukone, Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Arshad Warsi and Anil Kapoor. Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures, ‘King’ is slated for a 2026 release.
In addition to his film commitments, Shah Rukh will also lend his voice to ‘The Lion King: Celebration In The Sky’, a fireworks spectacle set to take place during the inaugural sailing of a cruise in Singapore on March 10. Quoted by Press Trust of India, the actor said that ‘The Lion King’ holds a special place in his heart, describing the project as a “full-circle moment” and a true passion project.
He added that ‘The Lion King: Celebration In The Sky’ is a tribute to the power of family and community and perfectly reflects the magic awaiting those on-board the Disney Adventure. Shah Rukh expressed excitement about fans and families coming together to celebrate the timeless “circle of life.”
