Shah Rukh Khan's Close Friend Calls Superstar "One-Woman Man", Debunks Rumours About Karan Johar, Priyanka Chopra
Vivek Vaswani said that Shah Rukh Khan has always been a "one-woman man", rubbishing rumours about Karan Johar and Priyanka Chopra.
Shah Rukh Khan has an immense fan following, especially among the females. Fans love him for his humble attitude, and how he always shows his respect towards women. The actor has been able to maintain a clean reputation all his life, but there have been rumours in the past suggesting that he had relationships with director Karan Johar and actress Priyanka Chhopra. In the latest entertainment news, actor-producer Vivek Vaswani, who has worked closely with SRK in the past said that there is no truth to these rumours and SRK is a "one-woman man."
While speaking to journalist Siddharth Kannan, Vivek was asked if he was "ever in a relationship with Shah Rukh?"
To this, the actor responded by saying, "You mean sexual relationship? No. He’s not that sort. I don’t know where the rumours came from. We were living in the same house, my parents were there, there was tension, stress about career, he had to get married to Gauri, where would a relationship be in all of this? There was a relationship of friendship.”
"There was no relationship of sex. I would not even be able to think but… Unfortunately, for Shah Rukh because of his relationship with me, because he lived in my house, because of his relationship with Karan, a lot of people have tried to… as you become bigger in stature as a star, as a success, people say all sorts of things. It’s not true," he added.
Vivek then also said that Shah Rukh Khan has always been a "one-woman man all his life."
“In fact, from the time I have known him, he has been a one-woman man all his life. How many flings have you heard of? We have had one rumour of Priyanka Chopra, that also its a rumour but what else have we heard of Shah Rukh? Nothing. He’s not that kind of a person," said Vivek.
For the unversed, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan had married each other in 1991. The couple has three children -- sons Aryan and AbRam, and daughter Suhana.
On the work front, SRK is gearing up for 'Pathaan 2', as reported by Pinkvilla.
For the unversed, ‘Pathaan’ marked the return of SRK to the silver screen after a gap of more than four years, and the movie collected more than Rs 1,000 crore worldwide.
Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani's ‘Dunki’. The movie also stars Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, Anil Grover, and Vikram Kochhar.
