Bollywood actress Palak Tiwari has swapped red carpets for red soil. The actress dropped a sprawling photo dump on Instagram from her getaway to Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary in Maharashtra, and it is exactly the kind of slow, sun-soaked carousel that makes you want to book a jeep safari immediately. Tagging the property @tipai_wli in her caption, Palak wrote about being completely obsessed with the place – and signed off with a hello to a parrot she seems to have made friends with, whom she affectionately calls her “baby boy popat”.

If there is a styling brief running through this dump, it is head-to-toe animal print. Palak spends nearly the entire carousel in a leopard-print co-ord – a halter-neck top with a keyhole cut-out at the waist, paired with a matching floor-skimming skirt and a backless tie-up detail – accessorised with a matching printed scarf worn babushka-style, knotted under the chin. In one frame she poses against a bamboo-lined deck, looking back over her shoulder with her auburn hair falling in soft waves; in another, shot from behind, the bandana and the wine-tinted waves take centre stage against a wall of bamboo. A close-up selfie with black sunglasses perched on her head is peak golden-hour glow.
The slide that will do the rounds is the one where Palak holds a tiny green grasshopper perched on her fingertip, right beside her cheek, grinning at the camera in that leopard headscarf with fields blurring out behind her. It is disarmingly sweet, and it sets the tone for the rest of the dump.
There is plenty of jungle-stay documentation too. A vintage-green open safari jeep with Maharashtra plates sits parked on a grassy bank at dusk, its bonnet converted into a coffee counter – flasks, snack boxes, tissue holder and all – with the lake glowing pink behind it. Another frame catches Palak mid-coffee break, mug in hand, reaching for a flask while the sky does something spectacular in peach and lilac. She also poses beneath an enormous bare, gnarled tree, arm stretched up to touch a hanging branch, with rolling green hills in the distance.
The landscape slides are unhurried and unfiltered: the sun dropping low over the water, a bird skimming the lake surface, a flowering tree silhouetted against a coral sky, and a sunset shot taken from inside the moving jeep with the wing mirror in frame.
The dump also gives you the group-holiday bits. One slide has Palak with two friends on a cane sofa, each holding up a hand-painted rock – a hatching chick, a penguin, and Palak's own mauve stone dotted with neon-yellow hearts. Paints, brushes and a splattered table sit in the foreground, evidence of a properly committed craft session. She dedicates a whole solo frame to her heart-covered rock, holding it up to half-cover her face.
And then there is the food. A friend, dressed in a white tee, leans in, laughing, over a brass thali loaded with a seed-crusted kulcha, a bowl of chaat topped with pomegranate, a curry, jeera rice and beetroot-pink onion rings.
Palak Tiwari also posted two video clips in the dump. In the first video, Palak Tiwari embraces a relaxed, countryside vibe. Dressed in the chic animal-print outfit, she is seen enjoying the outdoors as a herd of goats casually strolls past her against a lush, green backdrop.
The second clip captures a beautiful, candid golden-hour moment. With the sun setting behind her, a beaming Palak gently balances a small grasshopper on her fingertip, looking absolutely delighted by the tiny creature.
No wildlife money shot in this one – no tiger, no leopard beyond the print. But as far as monsoon-season jungle dumps go, Palak has set the bar.
