Kartik Aaryan Reacts As Olympic Medallist Manu Bhaker Praises His Performance In 'Chandu Champion'
Paris Olympics bronze medallist Manu Bhaker gave a shout-out to Kartik Aaryan for his performance in 'Chandu Champion'.
Kabir Khan directorial 'Chandu Champion', starring Kartik Aaryan as Paralympian Murlikant Petkar, released in cinemas in June 2024. After winning over the theatre audience, the Hindi film recently arrived on OTT and cinephiles cannot keep calm. In the latest entertainment news, Paris Olympics bronze medallist Manu Bhaker gave a shout-out to Kartik Aaryan for his performance in the film. Taking to Instagram Stories, Manu Bhaker shared a picture of herself watching 'Chandu Champion' on her television, and she also penned a sweet note for the makers.
"Finally, the Olympics have ended and I saw #ChanduChampion as soon as I got home and this film turned out much more relatable than I thought. The prep, struggles, failure but never giving up.. Hats off to @kartikaaryan for playing this role so effortlessly. Being an athlete myself, I know it's not easy... Especially the prep sequence.. You deserve a medal for this," she wrote.

Now, Kartik Aaryan has responded to the message, expressing his gratitude with a heartfelt message.

Speaking of Manu Bhaker, she recently won a bronze medal in the women's 10m air pistol event in Paris Olympics. As a result, she became the first Indian woman shooter to win a medal in this event.
Later, alongside Sarabjot Singh, Manu Bhaker then secured her second bronze and India's first-ever medal in the mixed team 10m air pistol event.
Coming back to 'Chandu Champion', the Hindi film has been produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The movie also stars Vijay Raaz, Bhuvan Arora, Yashpal Sharma, Rajpal Yadav, Aniruddh Dave, Shreyas Talpade, and Sonali Kulkarni.
The new Hindi movie narrates the story of a sportsman's resilience and determination. It is based on the life of Murlikant Petkar, India's first Paralympic gold medalist in freestyle swimming.
