Teaser of Siddhant Chaturvedi and Mrunal Thakur’s 'Do Deewane Seher Mein’ is out.

The first look at ‘Do Deewane Seher Mein’ arrived this Monday, unveiling a tender and emotionally raw narrative starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Mrunal Thakur. Moving away from traditional cinematic perfection, the teaser introduces a story centred on flawed individuals navigating the messy, vulnerable realities of modern-day relationships. Zee Studio, the makers of the film, released the teaser with a poignant message: "Kyunki har ‘isq’ perfect nahi hota, par kaafi hota hai" (Because not every love is perfect, but it’s more than enough).

Check out the teaser of ‘Do Deewane Seher Mein’ here:

The film promises an "imperfectly perfect" urban love story, scheduled to hit theatres during Valentine's week to help audiences "fall in love with love."

The teaser highlights the quiet, internal journeys of the lead characters. Before they can understand one another, they must first figure out who they are. Siddhant and Mrunal portray the "grey areas" of contemporary romance – capturing the specific blend of hesitation and confusion in new connections, quiet longing in urban settings and emotional vulnerability between partners.

Visually, the film contrasts intimate urban moments (featuring Mumbai’s iconic Sea Link) with the sweeping, serene beauty of snow-covered landscapes.

A major highlight of the teaser is the inclusion of the classic track ‘Do Deewane Seher Mein’. The original was written by the legendary Gulzar and sung by Bhupinder Singh and Runa Laila. It originally featured in the 1977 film ‘Gharonda’ (starring Amol Palekar and Zarina Wahab).

By reintroducing this timeless melody, the film pays homage to classic Hindi cinema while bridging the gap for a new generation of listeners, adding a layer of warmth and nostalgia to the modern visuals.

While Sanjay Leela Bhansali is synonymous with grand, opulent spectacles, ‘Do Deewane Seher Mein’ appears to take a more restrained, minimalist, and relatable path. The film focuses on soulful music and heartfelt storytelling rather than larger-than-life sets.

The film is directed by Ravi Udyawar and features a powerhouse production team including Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Prerna Singh, Umesh Kumar Bansal, and Bharat Kumar Ranga.

Mark your calendars for February 20, 2026, for its Valentine's week theatrical debut.
