Alia Gives Shoutout To Vicky Kaushal For ‘Chhaava’ Success, Celebrates Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Birthday With Ranbir
Alia Bhatt celebrated Sanjay Leela Bhansali's birthday with ‘Love And War’ co-stars Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.

Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali recently turned 62, and he celebrated his special day with Bollywood stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. The trio will be sharing the screen in the ‘Bajirao Mastani’ filmmaker’s next venture ‘Love & War’. Taking to Instagram, Alia Bhatt shared a glimpse into Sanjay Leela Bhansali's birthday celebrations. The ‘Jigra’ actress also gave a shoutout to Vicky Kaushal, whose new Hindi movie ‘Chhaava’ has turned out to be a massive box office success.
Alia Bhatt shared a picture, in which she can be seen smiling for the camera, as she stood behind Vicky, Ranbir and Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The director flashed a smile while being seated between Vicky and Ranbir.
A cake was positioned right in front of them. A second picture saw Vicky Kaushal seemingly taking a piece of cake for himself.

Earlier, Alia Bhatt had showered praise on ‘Chhaava’ and Vicky Kaushal's performance in the film.
Taking to Instagram Stories, Alia wrote, “Vicky Kaushal! What are you????? Cannot get over your performance in Chhaava!”
For the unversed, ‘Chhaava’, a historical biopic directed by Laxman Utekar, released in theatres on February 14 and it has already become the highest-grossing Indian film of 2025.
As per trade website Sacnilk, ‘Chhaava’ earned Rs 18.50 crore on Monday, the 11th day of its release. The total domestic film collection now stands at Rs 345.25 crore. ‘Chhaava’ is now the highest-grossing film of Vicky Kaushal's career.
‘Chhaava’ brings to life the legendary story of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, played by Vicky Kaushal. The film sees Rashmika Mandanna essaying the role of Maharani Yesubai. Akshaye Khanna features as Aurangzeb, Ashutosh Rana as Sarsenapati Hambirao Mohite, and Divya Dutta as Soyarabai.
Speaking of Alia Bhatt, she is currently shooting for 'Love And War', which marks her second collaboration with Sanjay Leela Bhansali after 'Gangubai Kathiawadi'. She also has 'Alpha' in the pipeline.
