Rapper Badshah, whose real name is Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia, has reportedly tied the knot with Punjabi actress Isha Rikhi. The news took social media by storm on Tuesday after a series of intimate wedding visuals surfaced online, suggesting that the ‘Jugnu’ hitmaker has officially started a new chapter in his personal life.

The speculation reached a fever pitch when Isha Rikhi’s mother, Poonam Rikhi, took to her Instagram handle to share a glimpse of the celebrations. Posting a series of photos and clips, she captioned the post, “God bless you @isharikhi @badboyshah,” effectively confirming the union to the public. In the viral images, the couple is seen participating in traditional wedding rituals surrounded by close family members and friends.

The visuals captured a deeply traditional ceremony. Badshah can be seen looking regal in an olive-green kurta paired with a beige stole and an ornate golden turban. Beside him, Isha Rikhi looked radiant in a classic red bridal suit, adorned with intricate gold embroidery. She completed her look with traditional jewellery, including a maang tikka, and her hands were decorated with beautiful mehendi.

One of the clips showed the celebrity couple exchanging varmalas amidst cheers from their loved ones. Another snippet captured them performing pheras. This reported marriage comes approximately six years after Badshah’s separation from his first wife, Jasmine Masih. The former couple, who married in 2012, officially divorced in 2020. They share a daughter, Jessemy Grace Masih Singh, who was born in 2017 and currently resides in London.
Badshah has been candid in the past about the challenges of his first marriage. In a 2024 podcast appearance, he mentioned that he and Jasmine tried everything to make the relationship work, but eventually chose to separate because the environment was not healthy for their child. While he remains a devoted father, he admitted that he doesn’t get to see his daughter as often as he would like due to the distance.
The timing of the wedding news has surprised many, as Badshah was seen performing on stage in London with Nora Fatehi as recently as March 22. The sudden emergence of wedding photos just two days later has left fans wondering if the ceremony was a private, pre-planned event or not.
