Aamir Khan got a little emotional as a visually impaired band performed the fresh rendition of the iconic track from his 1988 movie 'Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak'.
Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan was invited as a special guest at the launch of 'Papa Kehte Hain', the latest song from upcoming Rajkummar Rao movie 'Srikanth'. For the unversed, the new Hindi movie is slated to release in cinemas on May 10, and the new Hindi movie will see Rajkummar Rao playing the role of a visually impaired industrialist Srikanth Bolla. The new Hindi song 'Papa Kehte Hain' gives the audience a glimpse of Srikanth’s life journey, from his birth to becoming a successful entrepreneur.
During the song launch, Aamir Khan was seen getting a little emotional as a visually impaired band took the stage to perform the fresh rendition of the iconic track from Aamir Khan's 1988 movie 'Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak'.
In a video shared by a paparazzo account Instant Bollywood, Aamir Khan can be seen holding back his tears as he claps during the band's act.
Rajkummar Rao was also seen grooving to the song with a smile on his face. The duo was joined by Srikanth Bolla and he was also seen enjoying the performance.

Talking about the new Hindi movie 'Srikanth', apart from Rajkummar Rao, the film also stars Jyotika, Alaya F, and Sharad Kelkar.
The new Hindi movie is backed by T-Series in collaboration with Chalk N Cheese Films Production LLP. The director is Tushar Hiranandani while the script has been written by Jagdeep Sidhu and Sumit Purohit.
'Srikanth' is slated to be released in cinemas on May 10, 2024.
The trailer for the new Hindi movie was unveiled earlier this month, and it met with positive response from all corners.
Talking about Aamir Khan, the actor was last seen in 'Laal Singh Chaddha' in 2022. The superstar will next be seen in 'Sitaare Zameen Par', and the new Hindi movie is slated to be released in cinemas on Christmas 2024.
Apart from Aamir Khan, 'Sitaare Zameen Par' also stars Genelia D'Souza.
