Synopsis: Tanushree Dutta plays air hostess Preeti Sengupta, who lives with her boyfriend Karan Malhotra (Rohit Roy). Their elderly neighbor, Madhusudan Tanha (Anupam Kher), a failing poet and lyricist, befriends them while they live together in a pleasant two-bedroom flat in the northern suburbs of Mumbai. Tanha lives alone with his Persian cat, whom he affectionately refers to as Shehzadi.

Preeti struggles with trust and is possessive. She throws her partner out of the house after mistaking him for being unfaithful, but she quickly discovers she is unable to pay the apartment rent on her own. She posts an ad seeking a tenant to share her apartment after hearing from another air host. Neha Bhardwaj, played by Neetu Chandra, is a modest girl from a small town who is requesting lodging. Preeti thinks she has found the ideal roommate because of her modest demeanor and straightforward manner. The two girls quickly bond, and their friendship becomes into a friendship.

After that, things start to go wrong. Preeti experiences a number of unexpected events that put her life out of balance. Does this happen by accident, or is someone purposefully causing all the trouble? Is Neha as straightforward as she seems? The truth appears stunning when it is revealed in the midst of mystery, unexpected and gory events, and murder at its most horrific. What is actually happening as suspicion, dishonesty, and treachery tear Neha and Preeti apart?
