SYNOPSIS

"Kalyug Ka Batwara" is a Bhojpuri film starring Shubhi Sharma. The film is based on the story of rifts in relationships and the breakdown of a family due to money and selfishness.

Kalyug Ka Batwara (2025) is a Bhojpuri-language family drama that explores the themes of sibling sacrifice, greed, and the breakdown of traditional family values in the modern era. 

Plot Synopsis
The story focuses on two brothers, Ajay and Vijay. Ajay, the elder brother, is a hardworking farmer who dedicatedly supports the entire family through agriculture. The younger brother, Vijay, secures a lucrative government job. 
The central conflict arises from their different priorities:
•    The Sacrifice: Ajay urges Vijay to save his earnings specifically for the upcoming weddings of their sisters, Savita and Babita.
•    The Deception: Instead of following his brother's advice, Vijay and his wife, Geeta, secretly use the family's shared resources to purchase land in their own names.
•    The Consequences: This act of betrayal leads to a bitter dispute and the eventual "batwara" (partition/division) of the family, highlighting the moral decline often associated with the concept of "Kalyug".
