Case Registered Against Elvish Yadav For Taking Photos At Kashi Vishwanath Temple: Report

As per a report, a case has been registered against 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' winner Elvish Yadav for taking pictures at Kashi Vishwanath Temple.

There is no end to the mounting troubles for 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' winner Elvish Yadav. In the latest entertainment news, a Times of India report claims that a case has been registered against YouTuber Elvish Yadav for allegedly clicking pictures inside the Kashi Vishwanath temple complex. As per reports, the complaint has been filed by a Varanasi sessions court advocate named Prateek Kumar Singh. The report states that in the official letter, the advocate has claimed that ever since Elvish Yadav took pictures inside the temple premises, questions are being raised on authorities for allegedly being biased.

For the unversed, use of mobile phones and cameras is prohibited inside the temple premises. The advocate has now urged the police officials to take action against Elvish Yadav.

This is not the first time that Elvish Yadav has landed in legal trouble. The 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' winner is also being probed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the ongoing snake venom case.

Earlier this week, Elvish Yadav had also appeared in front of the ED in Lucknow. 

"Jo unhone maanga tha, woh maine submit kiya hai ab woh batayenge. Main baar baar ek cheez repeat nahi kar sakta," Elvish Yadav told reporters after appearing in front of the ED.

For the unversed, Elvish Yadav was arrested by the Noida Police under the NDPS Act and Wildlife Protection. After his arrest, Elvish Yadav was sent to a 14-day judicial custody. 

Elvish Yadav was arrested by the Noida Police on March 17. He was arrested along with five others, and all of them were charged under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code. 

Earlier, Elvish Yadav was also granted bail in connection to an assault case involving YouTuber Sagar Thakur aka Maxtern.
