Indian stars Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have officially sealed their love story with a wedding ceremony in Udaipur today, surrounded by close friends and family members. The intimate yet star-studded affair marked the much-awaited union of the fan-favourite duo fondly known as “Virosh”. As per several reports, the couple tied the knot at Mementos by ITC Hotels, with the main ceremony beginning at 8 AM and the wedding rituals taking place at 10:10 AM on Thursday.

While fans eagerly await the official wedding photographs, celebrations spilled beyond the private venue in a heartwarming gesture.
Soon after the ceremony, Vijay and Rashmika’s team stepped out to greet paparazzi and media personnel stationed at the hotel. They distributed boxes of kaju barfi from Prabhuji Pure Foods as a token of gratitude. The sweet boxes featured a celebratory image of Rashmika, adding a personal touch to the thoughtful gesture.

Videos from the venue also showed the team extending the joy to children outside the hotel premises. Staff members were seen calling over kids passing by and handing them sweet boxes, ensuring they too felt included in the celebrations.

The celebrity couple had previously gotten engaged in Hyderabad in October last year in the presence of their loved ones. Although Vijay’s team confirmed the engagement news to Hindustan Times, the two actors chose to remain silent publicly. Over the following months, they were frequently spotted wearing their engagement rings. Even when details of their wedding date and venue surfaced online, the pair refrained from making any official comment.
It was only on Sunday that Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna shared a heartfelt joint note announcing their wedding. Addressing their fans, they wrote: “Our dearest loves. Before we made any plans, before we chose anything for ourselves-you were already there. With so much love, you gave us a name. You called us 'Virosh'. So today - with full hearts, we name our coming together in your honour.”
They further added, “We would like to name it - 'The Wedding of VIROSH' (red heart emoji). Thank you for holding us with so much love. You are a part of us- always (red heart emoji). Biggest hugs and full love.”
The wedding festivities kicked off earlier in the week. The couple was spotted flying from Hyderabad to Udaipur with their friends on Monday morning. Tuesday featured fun-filled celebrations including the Virosh Premier League, pool games and a lively sangeet night. On Wednesday, traditional Haldi and Mehendi ceremonies took place.
Among those in attendance were Tharun Bhascker, Rahul Ravindran, Eesha Rebba, Ashika Ranganath, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Shravya Varma and several other close friends from the industry.
With the ceremony now complete, fans are eagerly waiting for the first official glimpses from what has already become one of the most talked-about celebrity weddings of the year.
