Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda gave a sneak peek into their dreamy Haldi ceremony, and it was all things adorable.
Indian stars Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are set to embark on a new chapter as they tie the knot today, February 26. Just a day before their wedding, the couple delighted fans by sharing glimpses from their Haldi ceremony, showcasing a vibrant setup infused with a distinct Holi-inspired flair. Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Vijay and Rashmika offered a sneak peek at the beautifully curated venue. The décor featured an abundance of flowers, with roses scattered across the raised platform where the couple were to sit for the rituals.

The walls were adorned with elaborate floral installations, and their names – “Vijay” and “Rushie,” Rashmika’s nickname – were artistically spelled out in blooms.
Among the most charming details was a playful graffiti artwork portraying their pet dogs seated inside a car, a heartfelt tribute to the couple’s shared affection for their furry companions.
The ceremony carried a clear Holi theme, with colourful pichkaaris arranged around the venue for guests to enjoy. The seating area embraced the traditional Haldi palette, dressed in yellow drapes with coordinating chairs that added warmth to the celebratory setting. While the couple shared décor highlights, they refrained from posting their own pictures from the function.

Actress Kalyani Priyadarshan, who is attending the wedding festivities, also shared a snapshot from the Haldi ceremony. She appeared in a yellow traditional outfit; her face smeared with gulaal – further reinforcing the Holi-inspired spirit of the celebration.
According to a source who spoke to Hindustan Times, the wedding ceremony is scheduled for February 26. Several prominent names from the film industry, including Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Ashika Ranganath and Rahul Ravindran, have reportedly reached Udaipur to be part of the celebrations. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, though unable to attend, extended his best wishes to the couple.
After the wedding, Vijay and Rashmika are expected to host a grand reception in Hyderabad on March 4 for their friends and colleagues from the industry. The reception invitation recently surfaced online and quickly went viral, further building anticipation among fans.
Vijay and Rashmika first met on the sets of the 2018 film ‘Geeta Govindam’ and reunited for ‘Dear Comrade’ in 2019. Their on-screen chemistry struck a chord with audiences, fuelling rumours of a romance off screen. Over the years, admirers fondly dubbed them ‘Virosh’ as speculation about their relationship grew.
Although the couple maintained silence about their personal lives for a long time, they eventually confirmed their relationship with their wedding announcement. The two got engaged in an intimate ceremony in Hyderabad in October last year, and are now officially beginning the next phase of their journey together.
