'Kalki 2898 AD' Prelude 'Bujji And Bhairava' To Start Streaming From This Date

'Bujji & Bhairava' is a two-part series featuring Prabhas’ character Bhairava and his futuristic vehicle Bujji. The two-part series will start streaming on Prime Video from May 31.

The upcoming prelude aims to expand the 'Kalki 2898 AD' universe. The series will also give fans a glimpse into the duo's dynamic adventures.
Last week, Vyjayanthi Movies, which is bankrolling 'Kalki 2898 AD', unveiled a minute-long teaser giving a glimpse into the banter between Prabhas and his AI-powered car Bujji.
Earlier, 'Kalki 2898 AD' director Nag Ashwin had also made some interesting revelations about the epic science-fiction film.
“Our film starts in Mahabharata and it ends in 2898. That’s the title of the film, it’s called Kalki 2898 AD. It spans 6,000 years of distance and time. So trying to create worlds that are there here, imagining what it could be like, still keeping it Indian and not make it look like a Blade Runner,” Nag Ashwin said while addressing the Synapse 2024 event in Gurugram.
Earlier, Telugu superstar Rana Daggubati had termed ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ as India's “avengers” moment.
During a podcast with Vamshi Kurapati, Rana Daggubati said, “The next big moment is Kalki. Nag Ashwin is a very dear friend. Not just India and the Indian diaspora but everyone in the world will connect to Kalki. For a long time, I have been waiting for an Avengers moment from our side. That’s what has excited me to be part of it.”
